As a training company, we offer a total of 3 apprenticeships for the profession hotel specialist and 1 apprenticeshipfor the profession cook:
Hotel specialist:
Are you enthusiastic about dealing with people? You are not satisfied until your guests are? Want to learn how to set a table perfectly, how to get a full tray of champagne glasses to your guests in one piece, how to carve a goose expertly, or how to make a bed wrinkle-free? Then you are right with us! We will show you all this and much more in the day-to-day business, in separate practice sessions and in direct contact with guests. Of course, you will also be trained and educated at the reception, in marketing and in sales / telephone contact. Here you can test and develop your sales talent. You will also learn how to handle complaints skilfully and turn them into guest satisfaction.
A self-selected mentor will support you if you need to talk to someone or if something doesn’t go the way you want it to. Then we will find a solution together.

Are you passionate about good food? You want good taste, fresh ingredients and to learn a craft? You’ve always wanted to know where food actually comes from and how it gets to the table? Do you feel like producing something yourself, trying out your food handling skills and creating a great tasting experience? Conjure up spaetzle from 2 hands full of flour? Then the cooking profession is the right thing for you! We teach you to cook the most amazing dishes from fresh ingredients, to make delicious desserts, to make your own soup and to have whole menus for up to 80 people ready on time as a team.
