The Nordschleife runs in a northwesterly direction and measures 30 kilometers. The southeastern variant is about 33 kilometers long. Both loops let pedestrians, riders and cyclists pass true natural highlights and cultural sights, guaranteeing unique touring experiences in Preetz along the Schusteracht. The Schusteracht owes its name to the fact that the route, viewed on a map, replicates the shape of an 8. Hilly landscapes, forests, small towns and always the water in view &#8211; this is how you can explore our beautiful surroundings on two wheels. Under<a href=\"https:\/\/www.holsteinischeschweiz.de\/\"> bike tours<\/a>, you will find routes ranging from city and culture tours to mountain and beach tours that will make any cyclist&#8217;s heart beat faster. And if you get tired of pedaling, you can simply take a boat trip across the numerous lakes \u2013 another wonderful way to get to know the region. Those who prefer to stay active can rent a SUP, pedal boat, or kayak directly in Preetz at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kanucenter-ploen.de\/\">RV park<\/a> and explore the numerous lakes on their own.
