This year, our hotel—including breakfast—will be open throughout the Christmas holidays, as well as on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.
Our restaurant, “Linde by Neeth,” however, will be closed for the holidays from December 26 through January 3.

For the sake of the environment and to save resources, we only clean the rooms after departure for stays of 2 nights. For longer stays, we clean the rooms thoroughly every 3 days.

The sauna is also available to non-residents. Between 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., the fee is 15.00 euros per person. A ten-visit pass is available for 140.00 euros. If you’d like to use the sauna as early as 3:00 p.m., we charge an additional fee of 16.00 euros.
Parking for cruisers: 9,00 € / day (for 1 night before departure)
Individual reservations via homepage: until 6 pm the day before free of charge
Individual reservations via e-mail, telephone: until 6 pm on the day of arrival free of charge
* inkl. the currently applicable VAT rate of 7% on the accommodation portion. Should the VAT be increased, the price will be adjusted and you have a 2-week right of withdrawal free of charge.
In case of cancellation of group bookings of 5 or more hotel rooms and/or meetings or banquet rooms and catering packages, the following costs will be charged:
- up to 42 days before the start of the event: free of charge
- 41 to 21 days before the start of the event: 45 % of the agreed costs
- 20 to 4 days before the start of the event: 60 % of the agreed costs
- 3 to 0 days before the start of the event: 80 % of the agreed costs
(Only in case of non-rental of the rooms or rooms).
