* incl. the currently valid VAT on the accommodation portion of 7%. Should the VAT be increased, the price will be adjusted and you have a 2-week right of withdrawal free of charge.
Cancellation of group bookings of 5 or more hotel rooms and/or conference or banquet rooms and catering packages will be charged as follows:
- up to 42 days before the start of the event: free of charge
- 41 to 21 days before the start of the event: 45% of the agreed costs
- 20 to 4 days before the start of the event: 60% of the agreed costs
- 3 to 0 days before the start of the event: 80 % of the agreed costs
