For the sake of the environment and to save resources, we only clean the rooms after departure for stays of 2 nights. For longer stays, we clean the rooms thoroughly every 3 days.

The sauna is also available to non-residents. Between 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., the fee is 15.00 euros per person. A ten-visit pass is available for 140.00 euros. If you’d like to use the sauna as early as 3:00 p.m., we charge an additional fee of 16.00 euros.
Parking for cruisers: 9,00 € / day (for 1 night before departure)
Individual reservations via homepage: free of charge until 6 p.m. the day before
Individual reservations via e-mail, telephone: free of charge until 6 p.m. on the day of arrival
* incl. the currently applicable VAT rate of 7% on the accommodation portion. Should the VAT be increased, the price will be adjusted and you have a 2-week right of withdrawal free of charge.
Cancellation of group bookings of 5 or more hotel rooms and/or conference or banquet rooms and catering packages will be charged as follows:
- up to 42 days before the start of the event: free of charge
- 41 to 21 days before the start of the event: 45% of the agreed costs
- 20 to 4 days before the start of the event: 60% of the agreed costs
- 3 to 0 days before the start of the event: 80 % of the agreed costs
