Traveling sustainably and paying attention to the environment even on vacation has become more than just a trend. At the Flair Hotel Neeth, sustainability is not only a matter of course, but is lived and implemented with full conviction.
In our kitchen almost exclusively fresh products are processed, we attach great importance to this. We purchase Galloway meat, sausage, potatoes, bread, rolls, asparagus, strawberries and ham from producers in the region. The breakfast egg comes, while stocks last even from our own chickens. Our trainees take great pleasure in tending to the hotel’s own herb bed and for a short time we have also had our own courtyard beds.
But not only with the ingredients for our regional delicacies but in the entire hotel we pay careful attention to an environmentally friendly use of all resources.
Waste separation, greatest possible avoidance of plastic, certified 100% green electricity from regional wind power – also for our e-charging station directly at the house…. these are some of many ways we use to preserve the wonderful nature in which we live and work for ourselves and our guests.
Flair Hotel Neeth is a sustainable hotel and we don’t just claim that, we have already been awarded the fourth out of five possible levels by GreenSign for our environmental awareness.
